2.FINANCE ANLYST MANAGER 

Job Descriptions :

Responsible for managing the delivery of Company-defined strategic initiatives through the effective use of Analytics (developing business cases, performing ROI analysis, and developing metrics/dashboards and other reporting tools to drive decision making). The role will also support business strategy projects through problem definition and structuring, fact gathering and analysis, synthesis of finding into compelling recommendations, stakeholder alignment, presentation to leadership, execution and tracking of progress.

  • Project & Program Management Activities:
    • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project team and stakeholders

3.FINANCE MANAGER 

Job Descriptions :

Accounting Manager is responsible for creating and presenting financial analysis reports to the Directors and Heads of Accounting.  Oversee the entire financial book keeping and accounting system of a brand and its outlets, performs auditing functions, oversees inventory process and acts as a back up for certain accounting functions that are not strictly part of the role, in situations where it’s required; and not limited to:

  • Review Journal entry from IBS program
  • Review Sales Report and promo report

4.HR & GA MANAGER

  • HR assistants are involved in a number of areas of human resources, including: recruitment/new hire process, preparing documents/report of payroll and benefits, uniforms, and industrial relations
  • Conducting orientation, welcomes new employees to the company
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
  • Needs to understand the definition of an asset and how to deal with them from purchasing to writing off

9.CHEF DE PARTIE

Job Description:

  • The Chef De Partie (CDP) supervises the activity of the kitchen area and assists the Head Chef in controlling the day to day operations (e.g controlling spoilage, & consistancy on foods)
  • The CDP should be able to open and close the kitchen area, manage all kitchen Staff, track food inventory, create daily manning mapping, conduct daily briefings in the absence of a Head Chef, Assistant Head Chef, Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • He/she has the knowledge and has received the trainings of a Steward, Cook Helper and Cook.  Kitchen Supervisors are expected to have the ability to train new team members for each of those positions.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Restaurant as a Demi CDP or 1 year as a CDP
  • Have strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
  • Strong communication skills is a MUST
