2. MARKETING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The position will be directly reporting to Head of Marketing Corporate

6. HR ASSISTANT MANAGER 

Job Descriptions :

  • HR assistants are involved in a number of areas of human resources, including: recruitment/new hire process, preparing documents/report of payroll and benefits, uniforms, and industrial relations

Carry out & supervise all the HR related matters in Industrial relation (e.g Labor Law, Employee Permit & Regulation, Conduct Induction Class for new employee, Conduct Exit Interview, Updating Report on HRIS system, handling Performance evaluation process, etc)
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Law/Human Resource Management preferred
  • Min 2 years experience in HR – Industrial Relations
  • High understanding and knowledge in Governmental Labor Law
  • Have experience in handling Expatriate Permit Flow & Regulation

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for ensure that the physical office environment is maintained and is always running efficiently and will direct report to the Office Manager.
  • The Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all the tools that are needed to do the job are available and in good repair, maintaining relationship with office building.
  • Maintain Office Supplies & Equipment for access card, phone welfare, furniture.
  • Handling their team of office boys, cleaners and receptionist, barista & therapist perform their duties in such a way that professional office image is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain office records such as ensure personnel files are up to date and secure, communicate filling system.

11. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare payments to suppliers.
  • provide a daily report receipt of goods and prepare petty cash report (AP Staff).
  • Conduct sales receipts to send charges to  sponsors/user and provides DM / ENT reports for employees (AR Staff).

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree Finance and Accounting from reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of finance and accounting from F&B industry is an advantage and fresh graduate welcome to applied.
  • Have certification Brevet Tax A&B.
  • Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Word & Ms Excel).

 12. F&B ANALYST – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE

Job Descriptions :

  • Analyst Cost for Kitchen & Bar
  • Make the administration of sales reporting and value in the form of cost control reports in each outlet
  • F&B revenue and cost controlling
  • Monitor inventories of Food & Beverage to increase inventory turnover
  • Participates in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock

Job Requirements :

  • Holding at least diploma (D3) degree any major (accounting preferred)
  • Had an experience working in F & B / Hotel preferred

Overseeing the entire operations of the brand with all its outlets & operation, and team member

Job Requirements :

  • 4-5 years combined experience in managing multiple of restaurant operations
  • Have experience in Coffee preferred, but not essential
  • Have F&B Management skill (Opening Outlets, P&L, Costing, Purchasing, Resto Operation & System and Training)
  • Excellent Organizational & positive attitude to dealing with people

2. OPERATION MANAGER – MR. FOX

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a brand along with all its outlets and operations team members
  • The Operations Manager sets up, trains, implements programs that will ensure that quality and costs are controlled at each outlet
  • Along with his/her team, he/she will be working towards specific sales and cost targets
  • Manage and develop the new outlet
  • Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures
  • Ensure that all branches under his /her supervision are able to achieve QSC objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization.

Job Descriptions :

  • Set up and maintain proper training programs for the development of staff to ensure their utmost efficiency and possible career advancement
  • Proposes new drink list, ALCOHOL list with Operation Manager
  • Monitor cellar operations to ensure beverage items are stored correctly and safely both from safety and security points, ensuring cellar is kept clean
  • Recruit and select appropriate staff for the Beverage Department in line with budget requirements, considering projected volume of business for the relevant period and ensure the staff employed and properly motivated
  • Be aware at all times of cleanliness of beverage areas and equipment and make sure there are adequate supplies and equipment at hand. Ensure all equipment in working correctly
  • Maintain beverage cost of the hotel occupancy is higher we have to change our par stock in accordance with our needs and daily business happening in our outlet

8. ASSISTANT GUEST RELATION MANAGER – SKYE

Job Descriptions :

Build relationship with regular consumers

  • Create such a close relationship where anytime we have anything new, she can promote directly via phone/text to the consumers

As a Customers guardian :

  • Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones

9. STORE MANAGER 

Job Descriptions :

  • The number one person responsible for the restaurant.
  • Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
  • Have a good understanding of all kitchen operations, but not expected to be able to prepare food nor train for individual kitchen positions.
  • Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
  • Must approve all schedules as well as approve all hiring, training and terminations within his/her restaurant.
  • Contracted Vendors (pest control, cleaning services, mechanical service teams, etc) are his/her responsibility to coordinate.

12. HEAD CHEF 

  • Head Chef/Kitchen Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in managing all day to day kitchen operations.
  • He/she is actively in charge to open and close the kitchen and ensures that all food safety and consistency issues are being controlled.
  • He/she is responsible for creating the weekly schedule for the kitchen Staff as well as coordinating their monthly training plan.
  • The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager is responsible for conducting monthly food inventory and controlling food costs.
  • He / she also responsible for maintain the equipment. And generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew
Job Requirements: 
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Head Chef or 2 Years of Sous Chef from Western Cuisine

13. SOUS CHEF 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Second in command in the kitchen,
  • the Sous Chef assists the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in managing the kitchen Staff and running all aspects of the daily operations in the kitchen (e.g: controlling spoilage, maintaining COGS)
  • He is actively in charge of the opening or closing of the kitchen.
  • He/she has received training for all kitchen positions in the restaurant.
  • Sous Chef are expected to have the ability to train new kitchen team members including Kitchen Supervisors.
  • Generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew.

Job Requirements :

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)

14. CHEF DE PARTIE – KITCHENETTE

  • The Chef De Partie (CDP) supervises the activity of the kitchen area and assists the Head Chef in controlling the day to day operations (e.g controlling spoilage, & consistancy on foods)
  • The CDP should be able to open and close the kitchen area, manage all kitchen Staff, track food inventory, create daily manning mapping, conduct daily briefings in the absence of a Head Chef, Assistant Head Chef, Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • He/she has the knowledge and has received the trainings of a Steward, Cook Helper and Cook.  Kitchen Supervisors are expected to have the ability to train new team members for each of those positions.
Job Requirements :
  • Enrolled in a Culinary Degree preferred Previous experience with hot / cold line cooking techniques
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Restaurant as a Demi CDP or 1 year as a CDP
  • Have strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
