1. GENERAL MANAGER – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE & DJOURNAL COFFEE

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the Brands along with all its outlets and operations team members.
  • The General Manager sets up, trains, implements programs that will ensure that quality and costs are controlled at each outlet.
  • Along with his/her team of Restaurant Managers and at times Area Managers, he/she will be working towards specific sales and cost targets.
  • Manage and develop the new outlet.
  • Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures.
  • Ensure that all branches under his /her supervision are able to achieve QSC objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization.
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years combined experience managing restaurant operations as an Operations Manager (responsible to minimum 3 restaurants)
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude.
  • Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.
  • Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented.

2. OPERATION MANAGER – SKYE

Job Descriptions :
  • Responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a brand along with all its outlets and operations team members
  • The Operations Manager sets up, trains, implements programs that will ensure that quality and costs are controlled at each outlet
  • Along with his/her team, he/she will be working towards specific sales and cost targets
  • Manage and develop the new outlet

Job Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years combined experience managing restaurant operations; Preferably from Fine Dining / Lounge / Bar Concept.
  • Having experience as PR / Customer Relations Manager / Guest Relations Manager would be an advantage

3. OPERATION MANAGER – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE

4. EXECUTIVE CHEF – RESTO CONCEPT

Job Requirements :

• Malaysian, Singaporean, and or Expat age between 35 to 50 years of age
• At least 6 – 10 years working practice specializing in Peranakan or Nyonya Cuisine
• Must possess expertise in Management, Chef, Cooking, and Budgeting
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Practice in setting up new outlets will be an advantage
• Have a good sense and taste with F&B trends and in creating new recipes for the restaurant


5. EXECUTIVE CHEF (INDONESIAN CUISINE)

Job Responsibilities :

Handling and managing multiple outlets, strong skills in : systems, training, costing, recipe development, product sourcing and pricing, people management, kitchen design, equipment and layout of kitchens, ability to troubleshoot when challenges arise.

Job Requirements :

  • Profile for Executive Chef or strong Executive Sous Chef currently with multiple operations, or for current restaurant group company Background in Western and Asian cuisines, large kitchen operations
  • Mature, high confident, responsible, able to run and manage large team, outgoing personality, strong people skills
  • Has previous experience doing multiple opening and pre-openings shops, brands, outlets, or hotels
  • Strong organizational and planning skills required
  • Experience in casual dining restaurants, multiple outlets, creative flair with Western & Asian cuisine repertoire fresh foods, salads, sandwiches, healthy foods, canapés, buffet spreads, spa cuisine, casual/elegant dining fare, live cooking station presentations
  • Hands on, disciplined and good trainer/teacher skills preferred
  • Preferably Local candidate who are working or had been work in overseas with age 32-45 years old range

6. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Reports directly to the BOD or Department Head for whom they work, for either lifestyle or restaurant division. May also from time to time receive direct instruction from BOD for which they do not directly work, depending on which project is on the go
Job Responsibilities :
  • The Personal Assistant provides both personal and administrative support to BOD / Department Head to which they report.
  • This role plays a vital part in the smooth-running of our company and the Personal Assistant often acts as a link between the BOD and the other parties.
  • Personal Assistant are involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
  • From time to time the Personal Assistant will also be expected to take care of certain personal matters for BOD. They are expected to be on call at any time for assistance.
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Secretary cum Personal Assistant; from hospitality business is preferred
  • Proficiency in english (Verbal & Written)
  • Quick, confident, detailed, and hard working

7. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefit Supervisor with Tax Background, to prepare monthly Tax Article 21 calculation and to deliver yearly SPT calculation and distribution.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in handling Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT
  • Strong knowledge of Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT (1721)
  • Good in Mathematics & Strong Analytics
  • Very good in Excel Formula or Access Formula
  • Self-Driven, Able to work in team, under pressure, and tight deadline
  • Holding bachelor degree in Accounting and or Tax

8. MARKETING PROMOTIONS

Job Descriptions :

  • The purpose of the role is to plan and implement marketing activities Developing, delivering and packaging a message or product for sale, in this case, ISMAYA’S BRAND and all of its products (including events, promotions, etc)
  • Encompasses a variety of marketing activities that strengthen the company’s credibility, enhance the company’s image, and develop good will
  • These are usually targeted at an audience (i.e. brand’s customers). Communicating who we are, what we do, why we do it, and how we make a difference.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university (Overseas graduated preferably), majoring Marketing Communication or Public Relation
  • Min. 1 year experience in related field will be an advantage, with Max 27 years old

9. GRAPHIC DESIGNER – COLETTE & LOLA

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 in Graphic Design/Visual Communication; Design/Advertising
  • 1-3 years experience in Advertising or Creative field is preferred
  • Capable in operating Graphic Design programs; Freehand illustration is a plus; Copywriting ability is a plus.
  • Able to work in PC and/or MAC environments.
  • Energetic, Creative, Innovative, highly motivated, Self-discipline and goal-oriented.
  • Good sense of design balance in typography, color and photos.
  • Good communication skills, able to work under pressure and meeting deadline.
  • English active is a must

10. SECRETARY – GIA

The secretary provides both technical and administrative support to the Department Head to which they report.

This role plays a vital part in the smooth-running of our company and the secratary often acts as a link between the Department.
Head and the other parties. Secretaries are involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures
and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretarial Academy. With Maximum 28 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, secretarial fields, and operational office
  • Able to write and speak English
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Confident, detailed, and hard worker
  • Experience in hospitality business is preferred

  • Purchasing Admin is responsible for supporting purchasing department, from sourcing process to delivery process

OPERATIONS :

 

 1. RESTAURANT MANAGER – KITCHENETTE

Job Descriptions :

  • The number one person responsible for the restaurant.
  • Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
  • Have a good understanding of all kitchen operations, but not expected to be able to prepare food nor train for individual kitchen positions.
  • Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
  • Must approve all schedules as well as approve all hiring, training and terminations within his/her restaurant.
  • Contracted Vendors (pest control, cleaning services, mechanical service teams, etc) are his/her responsibility to coordinate.
  • Acts as the liason between the holding office and the local building management for day to day activities.
  • Expected to take an active role in coordinating local store marketing.

  • Head Chef/Kitchen Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in managing all day to day kitchen operations.
  • He/she is actively in charge to open and close the kitchen and ensures that all food safety and consistency issues are being controlled.
  • He/she is responsible for creating the weekly schedule for the kitchen Staff as well as coordinating their monthly training plan.
  • The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager is responsible for conducting monthly food inventory and controlling food costs.
  • He / she also responsible for maintain the equipment. And generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew
Job Requirements: 
  • Maximum 35 years old

3. SOUS CHEF – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Second in command in the kitchen,
  • the Sous Chef assists the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in managing the kitchen Staff and running all aspects of the daily operations in the kitchen (e.g: controlling spoilage, maintaining COGS)
  • He is actively in charge of the opening or closing of the kitchen.
  • He/she has received training for all kitchen positions in the restaurant.
  • Sous Chef are expected to have the ability to train new kitchen team members including Kitchen Supervisors.
  • Generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew.

Job Requirements :

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian

4. CENTRAL KITCHEN PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER (CILANGKAP)
Persyaratan :
  • Mengerti proses pergudangan
  • Memiliki pengalaman penyimpanan gudang dingin
  • Memahami metode penyimpanan sayuran
  • Memiliki sertificate HACCP/K3
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan rekan kerja dan atasan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Membuat rencana penyimpanan barang, menghitung kapasitas penyimpanan barang
  • Mengontrol suhu gudang
  • Melakukan penerimaan barang untuk daging dan sayuran.
  • Mengontrol expired barang
  • Melalukan proses FIFO/FEFO.

5. RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE & KITCHENETTE

Job Descriptions :
  • Supervises the activity of the restaurant floor for (Server & Captain).
  • Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all service Staff, track food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning.
  • Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing.
  • Report to Restaurant Manager
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 years experience

6. CHEF DE PARTIE – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE & KITCHENETTE

  • The Chef De Partie (CDP) supervises the activity of the kitchen area and assists the Head Chef in controlling the day to day operations (e.g controlling spoilage, & consistancy on foods)
  • The CDP should be able to open and close the kitchen area, manage all kitchen Staff, track food inventory, create daily manning mapping, conduct daily briefings in the absence of a Head Chef, Assistant Head Chef, Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • He/she has the knowledge and has received the trainings of a Steward, Cook Helper and Cook.  Kitchen Supervisors are expected to have the ability to train new team members for each of those positions.
Job Requirements :
  • Enrolled in a Culinary Degree preferred Previous experience with hot / cold line cooking techniques
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Restaurant as a Demi CDP or 1 year as a CDP
  • Have strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
