1. BRAND MANAGER – LIFESTYLE

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • Have minimum 2 years of experiences in marketing field.
  • Experience in supervising and managing more than 2 professional staff.
  • Experience managing external PR and communications, including vendors, media and business partner relationships.
  • Should display groomed appearance, professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company.
  • Have a great strategy and action on how to increase Branding Awareness.
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Having experience background in brand management

2. MARKETING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The position will be directly reporting to Head of Marketing Corporate

Job Descriptions :

  • To accelerated career development program in Marketing Department and assist the team to learn and develop their knowledge and skills in specific function in the organization through training, mentoring, and practical on the job experience to harvest their management and leadership skill
  • To sustain and support the team performance and each personal growth through associate development and coaching of direct report and identification of individual
  • Responsible for managing and executing the design, development and deployment of technical onboarding process in Marketing Department specifically, through innovation and system enhancement of all new employees. Job Requirements :

4. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Reports directly to the BOD or Department Head for whom they work, for either lifestyle or restaurant division. May also from time to time receive direct instruction from BOD for which they do not directly work, depending on which project is on the go

Job Responsibilities :

  • The Personal Assistant provides both personal and administrative support to BOD / Department Head to which they report.
  • This role plays a vital part in the smooth-running of our company and the Personal Assistant often acts as a link between the BOD and the other parties.
  • Personal Assistant are involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
  • From time to time the Personal Assistant will also be expected to take care of certain personal matters for BOD. They are expected to be on call at any time for assistance.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Secretary cum Personal Assistant; from hospitality business is preferred
  • Proficiency in english (Verbal & Written)

5. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefit Supervisor with Tax Background, to prepare monthly Tax Article 21 calculation and to deliver yearly SPT calculation and distribution.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in handling Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT
  • Strong knowledge of Tax Article 21 & yearly SPT (1721)
  • Good in Mathematics & Strong Analytics
  • Very good in Excel Formula or Access Formula
  • Self-Driven, Able to work in team, under pressure, and tight deadline
  • Holding bachelor degree in Accounting and or Tax

6. COST CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Kualifikasi:
  • Min. pendidikan S1, latar belakang Akutansi lebih diutamakan.
  • Min. memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai cost control
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait industri F&B
  • Dapat menggunakan Ms. Excel dengan baik
  • Bekerja dengan detail, akurat dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik

7. HR RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Job Descriptions:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising user hiring manager; and intern program.
Recruiter Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, HR Business Management, or a related field required
  • Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Results Driven & Professionalism

8. LEGAL OFFICER

Job Descriptions:
  • Drafting legal documents/ agreements/ POA/ letters/ drafts of contracts including JV agreement, Partnership Agreement, Lease Agreement, franchise and license agreement etc;
  • Adjusting legal documents presented by other departments;
  • Translating documents (bilingual);
  • Research on legal issues presented by BOD/ BOC;
  • Cross-assisting for inter-departments of company that encounters legal issues;
  • Assisting the supervisor for preparing the documents of IPR;
  • Finding updated laws and regulations to be provided to higher level for legal analysis;
  • Execute the legal works instructed by superior level;
  • Filing for company business licenses, business permits and other operational permits as required by laws and do all legal compliance directed by the superior level
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 Law Degree from any reputable University.

9. ONLINE EDITOR OFFICER 

Online Editor Officer put together video that contains animations and visual effects. The role has evolved from graphic designers, with new tools allowing designers to move into video.
Job Requirements :
  • Fluent In Motion Graphic software (After effects, Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4d)
  • Have an eye for design
  • Experienced in negotiating and working with client briefs

10. GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Job Requirements:

OPERATIONS :

 

 1. RESTAURANT MANAGER – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE

Job Descriptions :

  • The number one person responsible for the restaurant.
  • Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
  • Have a good understanding of all kitchen operations, but not expected to be able to prepare food nor train for individual kitchen positions.
  • Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
  • Must approve all schedules as well as approve all hiring, training and terminations within his/her restaurant.
  • Contracted Vendors (pest control, cleaning services, mechanical service teams, etc) are his/her responsibility to coordinate.
  • Acts as the liason between the holding office and the local building management for day to day activities.
  • Expected to take an active role in coordinating local store marketing.

Job Requirements :

  • Age maximum 35 Years Old

2. HEAD CHEF – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE 

  • Head Chef/Kitchen Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in managing all day to day kitchen operations.
  • He/she is actively in charge to open and close the kitchen and ensures that all food safety and consistency issues are being controlled.
  • He/she is responsible for creating the weekly schedule for the kitchen Staff as well as coordinating their monthly training plan.
  • The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager is responsible for conducting monthly food inventory and controlling food costs.
  • He / she also responsible for maintain the equipment. And generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew
Job Requirements: 
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Head Chef or 2 Years of Sous Chef from Indonesian Cuisine
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
  • Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control
  • Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification

3. SOUS CHEF – THE PEOPLE’S CAFE 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Second in command in the kitchen,
  • the Sous Chef assists the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in managing the kitchen Staff and running all aspects of the daily operations in the kitchen (e.g: controlling spoilage, maintaining COGS)
  • He is actively in charge of the opening or closing of the kitchen.
  • He/she has received training for all kitchen positions in the restaurant.
  • Sous Chef are expected to have the ability to train new kitchen team members including Kitchen Supervisors.
  • Generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew.

Job Requirements :

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
  • Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control
  • Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification

4. CHEF DE PARTIE

  • The Chef De Partie (CDP) supervises the activity of the kitchen area and assists the Head Chef in controlling the day to day operations (e.g controlling spoilage, & consistancy on foods)
  • The CDP should be able to open and close the kitchen area, manage all kitchen Staff, track food inventory, create daily manning mapping, conduct daily briefings in the absence of a Head Chef, Assistant Head Chef, Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • He/she has the knowledge and has received the trainings of a Steward, Cook Helper and Cook.  Kitchen Supervisors are expected to have the ability to train new team members for each of those positions.
Job Requirements :
  • Enrolled in a Culinary Degree preferred Previous experience with hot / cold line cooking techniques
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Restaurant as a Demi CDP or 1 year as a CDP
  • Have strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
  • Strong communication skills is a MUST
